Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Chaudhari Apps for Despo. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. It is part of these Terms.

Despo is a habit tracker. It is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. Features, store availability, and platform support may change.

You do not create a Despo account. Optional Google Drive backup and iCloud Sync use your existing Google or Apple account. See Backups.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, in line with Apple’s and Google’s store terms.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or the relevant store agreement.

The free version is meant to be usable every day: a limited number of habits (currently five), folders (currently five), and privacy habits (currently two), plus reminders (including multiple times, weekday overrides, missed reminder, and Yes / Skip / Snooze), statistics, Home Screen widgets, backup, CSV export, and Apple Health on iOS. Despo Pro adds unlimited habits and folders, and longer analytics ranges. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play.

• Purchases are billed by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
• Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your Apple or Google account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. See Refunds.
• Restore purchases on a new device using the same store account.

You own the habit data you create. You are responsible for backing it up if you need a copy beyond this device. Export CSV anytime. Optional Drive and iCloud backups are described on the Backups page.

We are not responsible for data loss caused by uninstalling the app, device failure, a forgotten Privacy Vault PIN, or changes you make in Google Drive or iCloud.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app, ads, or purchase system (including fraudulent refunds or automated ad abuse)
• Interfere with our services, this website, or other users
• Use the app in any way that breaks applicable law

The app may use Google (Drive, ads, analytics), Apple (iCloud, Health, App Store), RevenueCat, and similar providers. Their terms apply when you use those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or outages.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Habit tracking is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chaudhari Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost streaks, or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under consumer law in your country.

You may stop using the app at any time and delete local, Drive, and iCloud data as described in Account deletion. We may stop offering the app or change these Terms as described below.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
