Refunds
Despo Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Pick your store for the official refund and cancel steps.

App Store purchases are billed by Apple. We cannot refund them from our side. Request it with the Apple ID that bought Despo Pro.
Request a refund
- Open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
- Tap I'd like to, then Request a refund.
- Choose a reason, select the Despo purchase, and submit.
- Apple usually replies within 24 to 48 hours.
Cancel a subscription
On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Despo. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund charges already taken.
